HELP
ShotBoard support
Practical help with storyboards, character references and scene continuity.
How do I access ShotBoard?
Public access is being prepared. If ShotBoard is already available in your account, select it and describe the storyboard or prompt you need. This website does not provide a public installation link until one is verified.
What should I include in my request?
Include your goal, script, number of scenes, duration and aspect ratio. Add reference images you are entitled to use. For dialogue, specify the language, accent and active speaker.
Why does Scene 2 look different?
For a direct continuation, use the last frame of the previous video as a reference when your video tool supports it. For a change of shot or location, use the paired transition instructions. A storyboard end frame is a plan, not an actual video frame.
Does ShotBoard produce a finished video?
No. It prepares storyboards, character references and prompts. Generate and edit your final video in a suitable video tool. Image generation is available only when supported by your ChatGPT environment.
Is it free?
The publisher does not charge for ShotBoard. Your ChatGPT plan, image limits and third-party video tools may have separate requirements or charges.
What should I send with a support request?
Describe what you requested, what happened and the scene number. Include a screenshot only if useful, and remove personal information. Never send passwords, API keys or private student records.
