SHOTBOARD

Privacy policy

How your information is handled.

Prepared: 3 October 2026 · Ahmad Zaki bin Amiruddin

1. Scope and publisher

This policy covers ShotBoard and this information website, published by Ahmad Zaki bin Amiruddin. Contact: kmiftah@gmail.com. It describes the publisher’s practices separately from those of ChatGPT, your email provider and any video tool you choose.

2. Your ChatGPT content

ShotBoard is an instruction-based plugin. Its current package has no publisher-operated server, user database or external API connection. It does not send your prompts, images or generated content to the publisher. The publisher does not receive your private conversations merely because you use ShotBoard. ChatGPT processes content under the terms, privacy policy and account controls applicable to your use of that service. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its practices and regional policy links.

3. When you contact support

If you email the publisher, the publisher receives your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to respond, investigate the issue and manage the support conversation. Share only what is needed. Remove confidential material and obtain permission before including another person’s data.

4. This website and service providers

The website code contains no analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, user accounts, cookies or browser storage. Images and styles are served from this site. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and access times, to deliver and secure the website. Hosting log handling depends on the hosting configuration and provider. Support correspondence is processed by the email service used for kmiftah@gmail.com. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable arrangements. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

5. Retention and sharing

The publisher keeps support emails for up to six months after the issue is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law. This period does not set retention for ChatGPT content or provider-managed hosting logs. Support content is used for handling the request, not advertising. It may be processed by the email provider as needed to operate email, or disclosed when required by law. The publisher does not sell support correspondence.

6. Requests and choices

For access, correction or deletion requests relating to support information held by the publisher, email kmiftah@gmail.com. Include only enough information to identify your correspondence. Requests will be handled as applicable to the information held and the law. To manage content stored in ChatGPT, use the controls provided by OpenAI; the ShotBoard publisher cannot delete content from your ChatGPT account.

7. Updates

The policy applies when this website is published. If the publisher adds data collection, analytics or an external connection, this policy must be updated to describe those changes. Material changes will be explained on this page.
